My theory is a good advisor, who has time to guide you and provide you with advice, sources, encouragement and support is vital. Also, choosing a topic that fits with your interest is important to avoid being frustrated and block minded from the topic. And, having supporting network, such as other faculties and colleagues, who have time to read what you write and give you their feedback is an asset. My last advice is avoid de-energizing advisors, readers, and colleagues.

If you found any other online resources, please do not hisitate to share them with us…
